1. Your role
1.1 You join the Azizol Affiliate Program as an introducer only. You only share your referral link or code.
1.2 You must not give insurance advice, quote, negotiate, or arrange policies on anyone's behalf. All insurance matters are handled by Azizol's registered agents.
1.3 You may only use sharing materials approved by Azizol.
2. Rewards
2.1 Rewards are paid under the Reward Scheme in force on the date the policy is issued and the first premium is paid.
2.2 Rewards apply only to products of insurers that have approved this program.
2.3 Rewards remain "Pending" until the holding period ends. Rewards may be adjusted if a policy is cancelled within the adjustment period.
2.4 Rewards are not a policy benefit and do not affect the terms of any policy.
2.5 You are responsible for any tax on your rewards.
3. Privacy
3.1 Information about people you refer is disclosed to you only with their permission, and is limited to their first name and reward status.
3.2 You choose whether your first name is shown on your referral page and whether members you refer can see you as their referrer.
3.3 Your personal data is processed under Azizol's Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
4. Termination
4.1 You may leave at any time. Azizol may suspend or terminate membership if these terms are breached.
4.2 Rewards not yet approved at termination for breach may be cancelled.
5. Language
5.1 This agreement is provided in Bahasa Malaysia and English. If they conflict, the Bahasa Malaysia version prevails.
