Azizol Affiliate Program Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Azizol Agency ("we") processes your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Data we collect
- Members: name, email, phone, last 4 digits of MyKad (and a MyKad hash for verification), bank details for payouts, agreement acceptance records.
- People referred: name, phone, email (optional), vehicle registration number, the vehicle owner's NRIC number (stored encrypted), postcode, insurance needs, preferred language, and your consent choices.
- Visitors: cookie choices, hashed IP address and browser information.
Purposes
- Obtaining vehicle insurance quotations from insurers/takaful operators and contacting you about them (with your consent). Your vehicle details, NRIC and postcode are shared with insurers/takaful operators for this purpose only.
- Running the reward program, including calculating and paying rewards.
- Meeting legal and regulatory requirements, and preventing fraud.
Disclosure to referrers
We do not disclose your NRIC, vehicle details, policy details, premium or contact information to your referrer. If you give permission, the referrer can only see your first name and the referral's reward status. You can withdraw this permission at any time.
Retention
Leads that do not become customers are deleted after the configured retention period.
